Özdoğan Construction Industry and Trade LLC and Özkar Construction Industry and Trade Co., Inc. founded and put into operation Özdoğan Project Architecture Engineering and Consultancy Co., Inc. in 2005 for the purpose of bringing in all their build-up in construction and contracting to project planning and tourism. The most important target of the company was to realize the project, construction, investment and operation works in its body in the mentioned investments.
Özdoğan project was founded in April 2005 as Özdoğan Project Architecture, Engineering, Consultancy, Tourism Industry and Trade Incorporated Company. It has put forth its vision with pioneering moves from its foundation to date and steered its sector.
Özdoğan project made his first work after its foundation in 2005 with Calista Luxury Resort Hotel Belek. An architectural contest was made in the direction of the determined vision and purpose and as a result GMP (Architekten von Gerkan, Marg und Partner) Hamburg architectural office was found successful by Özdoğan Project and chosen as the office to carry out the architectural project. In the next stage, Solano Architecture London office was again chosen from among many architectural offices to carry out the internal architecture and assigned to make the decoration projects.
Calista Luxury Resort Hotel Belek was completed in May 2008 in the coordination and management of Özdoğan Project and took its place as a landmark today in its sector.
Upon the success of Calista Luxury Resort Hotel Belek project, Özdoğan Project put the hotel in service in Çukurambar, one of the most beautiful places of Ankara in 2011 which took its place in the world as JW Marriott which became the other important project of Özdoğan Group as a result of its investment decision in 2008.
