Foundation of Özdoğan Construction was laid by Mr. Rıza ÖZDOĞAN with the “Construction of Fethiye – Ören Irrigation Tunnel” for the State Hydraulic Works, 2. Regional Directorate which he had undertaken in 1966. A need emerged to transform to a corporate structure as a result of the success shown in the sector and Özdoğan Construction Industry and Trade LLC was founded in 1981 by Özdoğan Brothers for the purpose of incorporating this experience and background under the roof of a company.
It has undertaken a leading role in the Turkish construction sector with its works by operating both at home and abroad in sectors such as construction, road, dam, stripping, tunnel, irrigation and any infrastructure construction with its researching, expert and dynamic staff who continuously renew themselves following its foundation date, experienced site team and cutting edge technology which it continuously follows.
Being specialized in the field of stripping the top layer of coal and mining, Özdoğan Firm has performed a stripping work of more than 600 million m3 having a value of 900.000.000,00 USD and become the greatest company of Turkey in this field.
The firm protects its title today by successfully continuing in the sector the experience it has acquired in this field.
Özkar Construction Industry and Trade Co., Inc. was founded in 1987 for the purpose of meeting the business volume increased in time and serving the progressing needs of the sector.

Özkar Construction has undertaken the construction of Çine Dam which was the highest RCC dam in Europe and 5th in the world by using RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete) technology in a dam construction for the first time in Turkey.

In this context, a company named “Özkar Construction Company LLC” is founded in Oman and undertaken an active role to contribute to the infrastructure need gradually increasing in the region.

Özkar Oman LLC founded in 2008 order to use our build up in the Gulf Countries and make more contribution to the economy of the country, and at the same time, to play a role in the infrastructure construction in this region undertook Dualization of Bidbid – Sur Road Construction project with a price of 500 Million USD in 2011.
This project which took three years to complete, is very important for the Group as it its first procejt outside the country. Özdoğan Group continues its operations and construction works in Oman by joining its experiences at home both on the subjects of infrastructure and superstructure with this project..
